This explains what we hold about you, why, and who sees it. It describes what the system actually does, not a generic template.

Who holds your data

Your account is opened and operated through an agent. Both we (the operator of this platform) and your agent can see your account. Your agent is your first point of contact for anything about your data.

What we collect

You give us:

Account details — username, password, name, and any contact details you provide (email, phone).
Date of birth, where given, to confirm you are 18 or over.
Messages you send us through live chat or to your agent.
Created by using the site:
Every wager — selection, stake, price, time placed, and how it settled.
Balances and transactions — deposits, withdrawals, free play, adjustments and settlements.
Casino rounds — stake, outcome, payout, and the provably-fair seed set for each round.
Access logs — the date and time of each login and significant action, the account used, and a short description of the action.
Collected automatically:
IP address, and an approximate location (country/region/city) derived from it.
Device and browser information — user agent, screen and window size, timezone, language, and similar characteristics.
Session cookies, to keep you logged in.
Timing information about how you interact with the betting screen.

Why we collect it

To run your account — take wagers, settle them, and keep your balance right.
To enforce your limits and the rules your agent has set.
To resolve disputes. Calls are recorded and held for 21 days.
To detect fraud and abuse. This is the reason for most of the automatic collection: IP address, device characteristics, approximate location and interaction timing are used to spot multiple accounts held by one person, account sharing, automated betting, and collusion. This is a legitimate interest in protecting the book and other customers.
To meet legal obligations, including age verification and anti-money-laundering rules.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees it

Your agent, and the agents above them in their hierarchy.
Customer service staff authorised by your agent, whose actions on your account are logged.
The platform operator, for support and system administration.
Service providers, limited to what they need: odds and results providers, payment processors (including cryptocurrency payment services), IP-geolocation and mapping services, and messaging services if you have linked one.
Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud or a crime.
Your betting activity is not shared with other customers.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember display preferences. Session cookies are scoped to the site you signed in on, so a session on one does not sign you in to the other. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Blocking cookies will stop you logging in.

How long we keep it

Account, wager and transaction records — kept for as long as the account exists and after closure for as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting and dispute purposes.
Call recordings — 21 days.
Access logs and location snapshots — kept for security and fraud investigation.
Casino round records — kept so any round remains independently verifiable.

Security

Access is controlled by your account number and password, and you are responsible for keeping them private. Sessions are protected in transit by HTTPS. Login attempts are rate-limited and locked after repeated failures. Staff actions on customer accounts are logged and attributable.

Be aware: no system is perfectly secure. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.

Your choices

See your data. Your account shows your full wager history, transactions and figures. For anything beyond that, ask your agent.
Correct it. Ask your agent to fix anything inaccurate.
Close the account. Ask your agent. We keep what we are legally required to keep.
Stop messages. Ask your agent to stop notifications, or unlink any messaging integration.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights over your data, including access, correction, deletion, and objecting to certain processing. Make any such request through your agent.
