Terms and Conditions
By opening an account, placing a wager, or using this site, you agree to these terms and to the House Betting Rules, which govern how every wager is graded. Where the two differ on how a wager settles, the House Betting Rules control.

1. Your account
- You must be 18 or older. We may ask you to prove it at any time.
- Accounts are opened through an agent. Your agent sets your limits, your credit, and which products you can use, and is who you deal with for deposits, withdrawals and disputes.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts held by one person, or accounts operated on someone else's behalf, may be closed and their wagers voided.
- You are responsible for your account number and password. Anyone who logs in with your credentials is treated as you. Tell your agent immediately if you think someone else has them.
- Keep your contact details current. We use them to reach you about your account.
- Accounts are private and confidential. Calls are recorded and held for 21 days for dispute resolution.
2. Placing wagers
- You cannot risk more than the balance or credit available to you.
- Every wager is subject to the limits on your account: maximum wager, minimum wager, per-sport and per-market limits, parlay and teaser caps, payout caps, and any product restrictions. A wager that breaches a limit is refused.
- A confirmed wager cannot be cancelled. The only way to reverse a position is to bet the other side. Phone wagers are confirmed on the operator's read-back.
- We may refuse any wager, from any customer, at any time, without giving a reason, and may refuse wagers from anywhere sports wagering is prohibited.
- Odds can move between the moment you see a price and the moment we receive your wager. If the price has changed you will be asked to accept the new one or withdraw the wager.
- Limits, prices, minimums, maximums and payouts may change without notice.
3. Obvious errors, and wagers we will void
We will void a wager, and return the stake, where:
4. Prohibited conduct
The following will result in wagers being voided, funds obtained as a result being forfeited, and the account being closed:
5. Settlement and grading
- Wagers settle on the official final result as determined under the House Betting Rules.
- Scores, clocks, statistics and in-play information shown on the site come from third parties, are for reference only, may be delayed or wrong, and are never the basis of settlement.
- Where a result is corrected by the governing body after we have graded, we may re-grade.
- If a market cannot be settled from the available result, it is graded by hand under the House Betting Rules.
- Where a wager is graded incorrectly, we correct it — in either direction.
6. Free play
Free play is promotional credit, not cash.
- It is spent when the wager is placed.
- A winning free-play wager pays the winnings only — the stake is not returned.
- A losing free-play wager costs you nothing.
- A push forfeits the free play. It is not returned to be used again.
- No action (a cancelled or postponed event) returns the free play.
- Free play cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash, and may be withdrawn by us at any time.
7. Money
- Deposits, withdrawals, settlement and credit are handled by your agent, on the terms you agree with them.
- Balances shown include the effect of pending wagers.
- We may withhold a payout while we investigate a suspected breach of these terms, and may require identity verification before paying.
- Dormant accounts may be closed.
8. Availability
The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime, connectivity, delayed data, or a wager you were unable to place. A market removed from the board is not available, whatever a cached page shows.
9. Closing an account
You may close your account at any time through your agent. We may close or suspend any account, with or without notice, including for any conduct in section 4. Closure does not affect wagers already accepted and unsettled, which are graded normally unless voided under these terms.
10. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The version published here is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
11. Your responsibility for legality
Online sports wagering is not legal everywhere. It is your responsibility to know the law where you are and to comply with it. We do not provide legal advice, and nothing here is a representation that using this site is lawful in your jurisdiction.
12. Responsible gambling
If betting is no longer entertainment, see Responsible Gambling for limits, self-exclusion, and free confidential help.
These terms are provided in plain language for clarity. They are not legal advice, and they have not been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer for your jurisdiction.
