Responsible Gambling

Betting should be entertainment. It stops being entertainment the moment it becomes a way to make money, to recover a loss, or to avoid thinking about something else. This page explains how to keep it in the first category, what tools your account has, and where to get help.

The rules we ask you to bet by

Warning signs

Any one of these is worth taking seriously:

Tools on your account

Your account carries controls your agent can set for you, on request or on their own judgement:

Age

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are closed and wagers are void.

Keep your login private. If other people use your device, use a passcode on it, and do not save your password in a shared browser.

Getting help

If betting has stopped being a choice, these services are free, confidential and independent of us.

Self-exclusion

If you want out, tell your agent you want your account closed or suspended and for how long. We will apply it. We will not send you promotions during a self-exclusion, and we will not treat a request to come back as a formality — if you ask for a long exclusion, expect us to hold you to it.

You can also exclude yourself from gambling more broadly through your state or national self-exclusion programme, which covers operators beyond us.
